Susan Chen

Susan Chen has over 10 years of professional work experience. Susan began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor for Long Hill Recreation in 2011. In the same year, they also worked as an Associate Manager for Hop Hing Chinese Restaurant. In 2018, they worked as a Project Management Co-op for Cambridge Savings Bank. In 2017, they worked as a Culinary Marketing Co-op for SharkNinja, where their role included recipe testing, note collection, and competitive landscape research. In 2019, they worked as a Competitive Intelligence Marketing for ServiceNow. In 2021, they worked as a Financial Analyst for AAK Foodservice, where they lead research and processing of customer sales and marketing discrepancies as well as collaborated with the sales team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. Susan also worked as a Marketing Analyst for EatNom in 2021. Currently, they are a Client Delivery Associate for NewtonX.

Susan Chen attended Watchung Hills Regional High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained their GED in 2015. Susan then attended Quinnipiac University from 2015 to 2016, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2018, they attended the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School. Finally, they attended Northeastern University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing. Additionally, they have a Human Subjects Certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
