David S. Manzer, Ph.D. has over 30 years of experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. David S. started their career at Citicorp as a Project Manager, where they worked on information analysis services for the US Card Products Group. David S. then joined G.E. Capital as a Manager of Portfolio Strategy & Analysis. After that, they worked at People's Bank as a First Vice President, leading the Decision Support Services team. David then moved on to the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they served as a First Vice President in Business Analysis. David S. later joined Citizens Bank as a Senior Vice President, responsible for Customer Data Management. David S.'smost recent position was at Newtown Savings Bank, where they acted as the Vice President of Business Intelligence. In this role, they led the bank's data warehousing effort and implemented self-service reporting and analytics. Throughout their career, David Manzer has consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving business intelligence practices and identifying analytical efficiencies.

David S. Manzer, Ph.D. pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Binghamton University. From 1984 to 1988, they studied Psychology with an adjunct in the School of Management. Following this, they attended Hofstra University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Research & Evaluation. Throughout their academic journey, David S.
