Dhiraj Nambiar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, pre-sales, and project delivery, currently serving as the Founder of Newtuple Technologies since December 2022. Prior to this role, Dhiraj held various leadership positions at Unscrambl, Inc. from December 2016 to December 2022, including Head of Customer Success, General Manager of Presales, and General Manager of Delivery, where notable achievements included managing diverse teams and delivering advanced AI and analytics projects across the banking, telecom, and aviation sectors. Dhiraj's earlier experience includes consulting roles at SAS, focusing on pre-sales for Customer Intelligence, and project implementations at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Dhiraj began the career with a Management Trainee position at Tata Teleservices Ltd. and a Graduate Engineer Trainee role at Syntel. Dhiraj holds a PGDM in International Business from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a B.E. in Computers from Pune University.
