NewWest Community Capital is a nonprofit loan fund dedicated to providing economic opportunity throughout the Western United States. We provide financing for affordable housing and community facilities in places where hope is too often in short supply. From the construction of new housing and new schools to the creation of new jobs and a sustainable way of life, our mission is to provide the financial resources people need to thrive.
