At Roche, Anandraj was responsible for designing and executing custom market research studies for fortune 500 pharma companies. Anandraj also translated client key concerns into effective business analysis plans and used descriptive and inferential statistics to provide market intelligence during a drug’s launch, deliver insights to optimize promotional efforts, and help shape marketing strategies to defend against competitors.

Anandraj is proud of their work leading a team of analysts through the entire business life-cycle of a high-value oncology drug and managing multiple qualitative research projects from creation of research guides to interpretation of data using qualitative data analysis techniques such as grounded theory and framework analysis. Anandraj was also involved in the creation of real-time dashboards in Tableau and R Shiny which allowed reports to be viewed instantaneously by clients.

In addition, Anandraj spearheaded the creation of a tool to automatically breakdown large datasets into meaningful groups and summarise these groups using descriptive statistics. This tool was implemented in MS Excel using VBA and had an organization-wide implementation as it reduced the time taken for EDA by 25%. Anandraj also led the creation and delivery of advanced MS Excel training modules to on-board new members of the organization.

Anandraj N. graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SSN College of Engineering. Anandraj then went on to complete a PGP-AIML (Post Graduate Program - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) at Great Lakes Institute of Management.
