Brett Hunt

Brett Hunt is a Business Development Representative at Newzoo. Brett previously worked as a Management Consultant at Ironhack from June 2021 to August 2021, where they manned the reception desk, handled office access, mail services, and general inquires. Brett also re-tooled and streamlined a series of safety presentations with updated information, reducing clutter and increasing readability. In addition, they developed designs for the Facilities Management Awards in Adobe Photoshop. Brett Hunt also worked as a Data Analytics Bootcamp from January 2021 to March 2021 at Ironhack, where they learned about data analysis with Python (Pandas, NumPy) & MySQL, data visualization (Tableau, Plotly, Seaborn), building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models and pipelines (Scikit-Learn), and inferential statistics in Python & business intelligence. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at GRID esports from August 2018 to January 2021 and an Esports Strategy Analyst at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation from May 2017 to August 2017. Brett Hunt started their career as an Administrative Support Assistant at Dalhousie University from September 2015 to December 2015.

Brett Hunt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management and a Psychology Minor from Dalhousie University. Brett also has certification from Google in The Digital Garage.
