Jennifer Aaron

Jennifer Aaron has over 11 years of professional experience in customer service and project management. Jennifer began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative for Costume Craze, where they answered inbound calls and emails from customers placing orders, handled customer concerns, and issued refunds. In 2009, they became an Account Creation Supervisor for Pinnacle Security, managing a team of 20+ agents on the call floor. From 2012 to 2014, they worked for Starwood Montessori as an Assistant Teacher, teaching basic motor skills and curriculum to 24 months - 3 yrs old, and running an after-school program for 3 - 6 yrs. In 2014, they joined Solutionreach, Inc. as a Sales Engineer, training sales reps on the product and assisting in the integrations process. In 2017, they moved to Complete Merchant Solutions as an Integrations Manager and Senior Solutions Architect, supervising and training technical personnel and implementing project management procedures. Finally, in 2018, they joined Nexio as Director of Integrations, managing both the Integrations and Project Management departments, and maintaining data to support the effectiveness of both teams.

Jennifer Aaron attended Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2006, studying General Studies.
