Barbara Scharle de Vasconcelos

Barbara Scharle de Vasconcelos has extensive experience in capital markets, strategy, and investment banking, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Capital Markets & Strategy at Nexamp from February 2022 to February 2025, Barbara is responsible for capital markets transactions, including cash and tax equity, M&A, project finance, private placements, and debt. Previously, Barbara held the position of Director of M&A at Nexamp, leading merger and acquisition efforts for utility-scale expansion.
