Erik Molinaro

SVP, Customer Experience & Operations at Nexamp

Erik oversees Nexamp’s customer experience teams, along with our Revenue and Billing operations groups. In this role, he leads the team responsible for all incoming contacts from commercial and residential customers across the entirety of Nexamp’s rapidly growing community solar portfolio. In addition, the group is responsible for Nexamp’s end-to-end billing operations, and working with our utility partners to ensure we’re delivering an industry-leading customer experience.

Prior to joining Nexamp, Erik spent two decades at Liberty Mutual Insurance, holding various positions in customer experience strategy, product development, process improvement and operations. Most recently he was Senior Executive Manager of U.S. Sales Support & Offshore Vendor Quality.

Erik holds both an MBA and M.S. in management information systems from Boston University and a B.A. in political science along with a B.A. in environmental science from Marist College. He also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for a local non-profit that provides access to after school care for young children.
