Michelle Noone

Michelle Noone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Process Optimization at Nexamp since January 2020, Michelle has held various roles throughout her career, including Billing Collections Manager at Nexamp and multiple billing-related positions at The MFA Companies from February 2015 to January 2020. Prior to this, Michelle gained experience as a Billing Specialist at Radius | Global Growth Experts and worked as a Grants Staff Assistant II at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT, and Harvard. Michelle's career began at Putnam Investments, where roles included Control Accountant and Processing Specialist. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salem State University, complemented by studies at the University of Galway.
