Franck Gyppaz

Franck Gyppaz is the Head of Fire Safety Technoplatform at Nexans France, a company with over 120 years of expertise in cable manufacturing, focusing on advancements in fire safety. Since March 2002, Franck has led international R&D projects, overseeing product design, industrialization, homologation, and support for product marketing. Significant contributions include the development of innovative fire safety technologies such as INFIT(TM) and GIGER(TM), alongside fire propagation models. Additionally, Franck heads a characterization test lab, utilizing various analytical techniques. Prior to Nexans, Franck worked in research and development at FCI from March 2000 to February 2002.
