Orlando Vaquero Viejo

Orlando Vaquero Viejo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Orlando started their career as a Sublieutenant in the Engineers Corps of the Spanish Army in 1997. In 1998, they joined Alcatel as a Sales Manager and later became a Marketing Manager. In 2001, they moved to Nexans where they served as a Commercial Director for Export until 2008. Orlando then joined B3 Cable Solutions as a Commercial Director for Export, a role they held until 2012 when they returned to Nexans as the Global Market Director for Oil & Gas and Chemicals. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Global Market Director at Nexans.

Orlando Vaquero Viejo has a Master's degree in Engineering in the field of Telecommunications from Universidad de Cantabria. Orlando also participated in the Talentia Program at Escorial University, where they studied Leadership & Teams Management. Additionally, they completed a program in Foreign Commerce at FYCSA.
