Sophie Daniere has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sophie began their career as a Consultant for Remuneration and Surveys at Hay Group from 1985 to 1991. Sophie then joined Airbus in 1991, where they held various roles such as Compensation and Benefits Manager, Business Development Specialist, and HR Manager Eurocopter. Sophie worked at Airbus until 2006.

In 2006, Sophie joined Nexans as the HR VP Policies and Tools and stayed in that position until 2011. Sophie then became the Corporate VP Career Management and People Development at Nexans from 2012 to 2014. Sophie's next role at Nexans was as the VP Human Resources Europe. In this position, they were responsible for multiple areas such as social relations, social transformation, internal communication, and employer branding. Sophie led a team and implemented various initiatives to improve employee engagement and managers' mobilization.

Their most recent role at Nexans was the VP Group Talent Development, which they assumed in January 2019. Overall, Sophie has extensive experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational transformation.
