David Ashley

David Ashley is the Southeast Manager for Nexant’s Utility Services business unit located in Atlanta, Georgia. David focuses on program design and implementation and his experience ranges from potential studies and regulatory filing support to launching new turnkey C&I and residential programs. Before joining Nexant, David was a Project Manager at EMC Engineers, Inc., where he specialized in providing energy engineering services to building owners and facility managers. David holds an MS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a BS in biomedical engineering from Georgia Tech. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia (PE035563), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
