Judi Back

Judi Back is currently the Business Operations Manager at Nexant. Judi has held this position since January 2011. Prior to that, they were a Project Analyst at Nexant for seven years. In that role, they served as a liaison to project managers, administrators, accountants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate project financial management throughout the various stages of a project.

Before joining Nexant, Ms. Back was the Executive Assistant at Jensen Civil Construction for three years. In that role, they provided executive level support to the President/owner of a civil construction company and helped to manage the owner’s 32-acre commercial industrial facility. Ms. Back has also served as a liaison to tenants, vendors, construction crews, maintenance personnel, and city and state inspectors. Additionally, they have researched products and services, tracked projects and expenses, coordinated tenant build-outs and move-in activities and ensured that property maintenance was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Judi Back received their education in the field of Health and Medical Assisting Services from York County School of Technology. Judi also received cosmetology training from Empire Beauty School-York. Judi has two certifications from LinkedIn, one in Leading with Purpose and the other in Motivating and Engaging Employees.
