Richard Sleep

Richard Sleep is the President of NexantECA, where he leads the Energy & Chemicals Advisory business practice. Prior to his current role, he held positions at IBM as a Principal, at ChemSystems as a Senior Consultant to Principal, at Metallgesellschaft as a Petrochemicals Trader, and at BP Chemicals as a Propylene Product Manager. Richard graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and has completed programs at The Open University and INSEAD.
