Karin Wider Assulin has over 13 years of work experience in finance. Karin began their career in 2006 as an Audit member at E & Y, specializing in the Retail, Service and High-Tech industry. Karin then moved to Motorola Solutions in 2009, where they held the roles of Chief Financial Team Leader, Controller and Assistant Controller. In 2021, they joined Nano Dimension as Director of Finance and is currently the Director of Finance at Nexar Inc. as of 2022. During their time at Motorola Solutions, they were responsible for Motorola Solutions Israel's financial statements, accounting, taxation and compliance aspects. Karin also led a team that oversaw tax compliance and accounting, global finance shared services team supervision, preparing financial statements according to US and Israeli GAAP, budget control, company bid review for accounting, taxation and compliance aspects, and revenue recognition. Karin was also the tax manager for direct and indirect taxes, CIT, TP analysis, tax audit and assessments from the tax authorities. At E & Y, they prepared annual tax reports.

Karin Wider Assulin obtained their B.A in Economic & Accounting from Ruppin Collage between 2003 and 2007. In July 2009, they were certified as a CPA by the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
