Chelsea Dziedzic

Chelsea Dziedzic is the Property Coordinator at NexCore Group. Chelsea has previous experience working as an Agency Coordinator, Salon Manager, Client Service Associate, Account Executive, Dispute Analyst, and Senior Cash Processor.

Chelsea's experience in customer service and management has made their a valuable asset to NexCore Group. Chelsea is responsible for coordinating property management services and overseeing real estate projects. Chelsea is also responsible for communicating with clients and tenants, handling customer inquiries, and managing staff.

Chelsea Dziedzic has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas State University. Chelsea also has a General Studies degree from Blinn College. Chelsea is certified by The CE Shop in Colorado as a Real Estate Broker and by Fitwel Certification System as a FitWel Ambassador. Chelsea is also a Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 Hours through Yoga Alliance and a Green Globes Emerging Professional through the Green Building Initiative.

Chelsea Dziedzic reports to Debbie Wedderburn, EVP, Real Estate Management. They work with Courtney Bartusiak - Assistant Manager, Real Estate Management, Jay Jones - VP, Real Estate Management, and Sean Wood - Operations Analyst.
