Philip Block

Philip Block has had extensive work experience in various roles within the petrochemical industry. Philip began their career at Ashland in 1998, where they held the positions of District Manager and later Regional Supply Manager. In 2006, they joined Ashland, Inc. as the Manager of Supply Chain Services. In 2011, Philip transitioned to Nexeo Solutions, LLC, where they initially served as Director of Commodities Product Line Management and later worked in the Transformation Office. In 2019, they joined Univar Solutions as the Senior Director of Product Management for Solvents. Currently, Philip is the President of ALTIVIA, a role they assumed in July 2020. Throughout their career, Philip has showcased their expertise in product management, supply chain, and leadership.

Philip Block received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky in 1989. Philip then pursued further education at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Philip attended Vanderbilt from 1989 to 1991.
