Leïla Nassiri-Jamet

Leïla Nassiri-Jamet is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Fractional GC since January 2024, and a Charter Member of TechGC since April 2022. Leïla is an active participant in the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum, contributing to the Expert Panel and the Blockchain Policy and Framework Conditions Working Group, which focuses on facilitating blockchain innovation within the EU. Prior legal roles include Chief Legal Officer at Ramp and General Counsel at Proxymity, as well as previously holding senior legal positions at Dataiku and Everledger. Leïla's early career included leadership roles with the Government Blockchain Association and advisory roles with blockchain-focused companies. Leïla holds two Master of Laws degrees, one in Public Institution Law from Aix-Marseille University and another in Contract Law from Université de Poitiers.
