Azahar Michau

Azahar Michau is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Head of People Operations at NexGen Cloud since September 2022, Azahar focuses on developing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Previously, in the role of Operations Manager at Symtomax, responsibilities included deal flow management and process optimization. Azahar co-founded FinTech Wise, providing bespoke online investment solutions, and held the position of APAC HR and Operations Manager at PRUFTECHNIK S.E.A PTE LTD, managing HR functions across three countries. Additionally, Azahar has experience as a consultant in the oil and gas sector, recruiting specialized talent, and began a career as a communication and facilitation practitioner. Azahar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London.
