Tiffany Donaldson

Tiffany Donaldson serves as the Director of Operations at NEXGEN Lighting Solutions since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in the lighting industry. Prior roles include Director of Business Analytics and Sales Operations Manager at Hossley Lighting & Power Solutions from June 2016 to January 2024. Tiffany has also held positions such as Inside Sales Manager at Lightspek, LLC, Project Manager at Architectural Lighting Associates, and worked in sales at Crawford Electric Supply, Facility Solutions Group, Dallas Light Bulb Delivery, and Lamps Plus. Tiffany earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2004.
