Jarred Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jarred started their career as a Camp and Tryout Counselor at Ozaukee Ice Center, where they organized and marketed summer hockey programs. Jarred then joined Concordia University Wisconsin as an Undergraduate Student, studying Business-Management, Marketing, and Finance. Concurrently, they completed the undergraduate requirements for a degree in Biology.

In 2006, Lucas joined Exacto Spring as a Shipping Clerk, responsible for stock placement, removal, and organization in a warehouse setting. Jarred also completed shipments using various carriers and assisted with maintenance, cleaning, and production tasks.

Lucas joined nexgen|packaging, LLC in 2013 as an IT Coordinator, providing technical and business process support to Master Customer/Brand Owners and Nexgen Business users. Jarred later became a sr. IT Project Manager, responsible for managing IT projects. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as a Solutions Development Consultant, contributing to the development and implementation of solutions. In 2017, they served as the Director of Business Development and Field Implementations, focusing on expanding business opportunities.

Currently, Lucas holds the position of Vice President - Business Development and Partnerships at nexgen|packaging, LLC. Jarred plays a key role in driving operational excellence and customer support through the leveraging of technology.

Jarred Lucas attended Cedar Grove- Belgium High School from 2005 to 2009. Jarred then pursued higher education at Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Management, Marketing, and Finance, with a field of study in Business.
