Alex Johny has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they completed a Student Internship at Havells India Ltd. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Consultant at Equifax. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at London Papi Limited (UK) as an Assistant Supervisor and Marketing Assistant. Their roles included recommending changes to policies and procedures, training new joiners, managing their rota, recruiting and selecting new team members, conducting routine inspections of incoming materials, conducting marketing research, devising sales strategies, resolving customer complaints, and monitoring the performance and productivity of staff. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Asian Media Group. In 2021, they worked as an Analyst at Northern Operating Services Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Executive at Nexgen, Inc.

Alex Johny completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies in 2016, majoring in Business/Commerce, General. Alex then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Greenwich in 2017, specializing in International Business. In 2020, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals Of Digital Marketing from Google.
