Brendan S. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Brendan started their career as an Operations Manager in the United States Air Force, where they served as the first point of contact for the Civil Engineering squadron. Brendan managed various aspects of projects, including coordinating with internal and external organizations, managing inventory and funding, and providing briefings to stakeholders.

After leaving the Air Force, Brendan worked as a Certified Sales Development Representative at preHIRED, where they were trained in the Science-Based Sales methodology. Brendan also gained experience with sales tools and focused on generating a solid pipeline, scheduling demos, and closing sales. Brendan later transitioned to the role of Sales Development Representative, where they continued to contribute to customer growth and retention.

Brendan's next role was as a Manager at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations and providing a positive customer experience. Brendan focused on growing the customer base through promotional offers and training customer service representatives.

Brendan then joined HawkSEM as a Sales Development Representative, where they developed sales strategies and generated leads.

Brendan later served as a Corporate Account Executive at Smart Buildings Academy, where they were responsible for outbound messaging, customer success, and managing client relationships. Brendan also analyzed assessment results to tailor training programs to meet the needs of customers and their workforce.

Following this, Brendan worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Surfacide, LLC, where they showcased their sales skills and contributed to the company's growth.

Most recently, Brendan served as an Amazon Flex Driver, delivering packages and providing excellent customer service.

Currently, Brendan is working as an Account Executive at Quality Resource Group (QRG), where they continue to excel in sales and account management.

Brendan S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2016 and 2020. Before that, they attended Chippewa Valley Technical College from 2012 to 2014 for General Studies. Prior to that, they studied General Studies at the Community College of the Air Force from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Brendan S. has obtained several certifications including the Hubspot Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot in July 2020, the Science-Based Sales® certification from preHIRED in July 2019, and the Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot Academy.
