Praful Lichade

Praful Lichade has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Consultant at Capgemini India Pvt Ltd until 2009. Praful then co-founded and served as CEO at MAXIMESS from 2009 to 2021, also holding the position of Co-founder and Business Head - IT Division during that time. In 2017, Praful joined Silver Touch Technologies Ltd as a Senior Consultant - eGovernance, where they worked until 2021. Praful is currently the Director Project Delivery at NexGen Systems, a position they have held since 2023. Praful is also a TIE Charter Member at TiE Nagpur, a role they held from January 2023 to May 2023.

Praful Lichade obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Bapurao Deshmukh College of Engineering. Prior to their engineering studies, Praful completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Electronics at ANC Anandwan from 2000 to 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Praful has acquired several qualifications. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design," "Software Design: Developing Effective Requirements," "Blockchain Basics," and "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Software Architecture Foundations" from LinkedIn, and in 2021 they completed the "Becoming Indistractable" certification, also from LinkedIn.
