Erika Fattori

Group Brand Strategy Director at Nexi Group

Erika Fattori has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Erika began their career in 1996 at MXK - Moulinex Krups Girmi as a Junior Product Manager and later became a Product Manager. In 1997, they joined Sector Group as a Sector Brand Manager and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they served as a Communication Manager at Freedomland SpA. In 2001, they joined BNL SpA, where they worked as a Communication Strategy & Analysis professional for a year. In 2002, they moved to UniCredit Banca as a Communication Manager until 2007. In 2008, they joined UniCredit, where they held various positions, including Head of Marketing Services & Communication, Head of Private Banking Identity & Communication, Head of Customer Insight, and finally, Head of Internal & External Communication until 2017. Also in 2017, they joined Nexi and worked as the Brand & Communication Director at CartaSi - Gruppo Icbpi (now Nexi). Erika continued their journey at Nexi Group in 2021, becoming the Group Brand Strategy Director.

Erika Fattori began their education journey at Liceo, although the specific dates regarding this educational institution are unknown. From 1989 to 1994, they enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Milano where they pursued a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature with a focus on Foreign Languages. In 1995, Erika Fattori attended SDA Bocconi for a short period to acquire further knowledge in Marketing. Later that same year, they enrolled at Northumbria University - Newcastle Business School, completing their MA in Marketing.
