Federica de Falco

Federica De Falco is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Group Talent Management and Learning at Nexi Group since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Generali as Head of Group Culture & Performance and Head of Group Managerial Training, as well as significant contributions at Vodafone, where responsibilities spanned HR management for a large workforce, learning account management, and designing training programs.
