Olawale Ojo has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Olawale started their career as a Credit Analyst at American Express in 1995 and worked their way up to become a Marketing & Business Analyst, Finance Manager, Senior Pricing Manager, and eventually a Director of Business Analysis.
In 2007, Olawale joined the British Council as a Director of Business Planning & Financial Analysis. Olawale later took on roles as the Director of Business Analysis & Financial Planning and Director of Financial Planning, where they developed strategic business plans, monitored financial metrics, and managed financial planning processes.
In 2014, Olawale moved to Visa and worked as the Head of Cost Management, where they analyzed Visa Europe's cost base and identified cost-saving opportunities. Olawale also served as the Senior Director of FP&A, leading the development of financial models for revenue and expense allocation, and as the CFO for the Europe Sales Division, driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
From 2019 to 2023, Olawale worked at TTOPS Healthcare as the Finance Director. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the finance team and provided financial analysis for commercial decision-making.
Most recently, Olawale joined Nexi Group in 2023 as the CFO e-Com, where they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.
