Sarah Delforno

Sarah Delforno has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sarah most recently worked at Nexi Group, where they started in 2019. In their role as the Strategy Lead, they played a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the company. Sarah eventually became the Head of Italy Product Governance, a position they currently hold.

Prior to their time at Nexi Group, Sarah worked at Accenture for a significant period. Starting as a Strategy Analyst in 2009, they progressed to become a Strategy Consultant and then a Strategy Manager. During their time at Accenture, Sarah was involved in various strategic projects for leading European banks, including business model innovation, marketing strategy, and HR strategy.

Sarah also worked at La Carica delle 101 as a 101er, starting in 2021. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a group tutor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they provided support and guidance to first-year students.

In 2004, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Heritage from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Following that, they pursued a master's degree in Economics and Management of Museums and Exhibitions from the same university, completing it in 2009.

In 2014, Sarah attended Columbia Business School, where they completed the Emerging Leader Development Program - Executive Education. In 2015 and 2016, they studied at INSEAD, undertaking the INSEAD Strategy Program and the INSEAD Strategy Programme, respectively, both of which focused on business strategy.
