Xavier-Luc Duval

Xavier-Luc Duval is an accomplished politician and entrepreneur, currently serving as Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee and an elected Member of Parliament for Constituency No.18, Belle Rose and Quatre Bornes in the National Assembly since November 2019. A founding member of Nexia Baker & Arenson since 2001, Xavier-Luc Duval has also held prominent political roles, including Leader of the Opposition from December 2016 to November 2019 and Minister of Finance from August 2011 to June 2014. Additionally, Xavier-Luc Duval is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Educationally, Xavier-Luc Duval holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leeds.
