Paul Ginman

Paul Ginman has a diverse work experience in the professional services industry. Paul started their career at RSM UK, where they served as a Partner for over 16 years. In 2000, they joined Baker Tilly International as the COO and Technical Director, eventually becoming the Chief Quality Officer. In 2017, Paul founded their own consulting firm, Paul Ginman Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant until 2018. Paul then joined Nexia International as the EMEA Regional Executive Director and later became the COO & Global Head of Quality.

Paul Ginman attended Sir William Borlase's School Marlow from 1968 to 1975. Paul then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Kent from 1975 to 1978. Following that, Paul completed their education at ICAEW from 1978 to 1981, earning the degree of FCA.
