Timothée Guerin

Timothy W Miller has extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and correctional services. Most recently, Timothy worked as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023. Previous roles include providing customer service and technical support for Google Fi customers at TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022, and serving as a Correctional Officer-2 at TDCJ from October 2012 to February 2014. Earlier, Timothy gained experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern at TDCJ, a Collections Specialist at CollectTx, and various customer service positions, including Account Specialist at Providian Financial and Customer Service Representative at HARTE-HANKS LOGISTICS LLC. Timothy holds a Certificate in Drug & Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and a high school diploma from Westwood High School.
