Paolo Dilernia

Paolo Dilernia is an experienced professional currently serving as the Area Sales Manager for South Europe in the Health Division at Nexira since October 2024. Previously, Paolo worked at Caldic as a Product Manager in the Food sector from November 2021 to October 2024, focusing on supplier relationship management and customer development. Paolo's experience also includes managing R&D and quality control at Magnoberta Distilleria, where new products such as gin and vermouth were developed. Further, Paolo contributed to quality control at Universitat Politècnica de València during master's thesis research, and participated in product development projects with Opessi Stefano srl and an internship as a food technologist at Packint Chocolate Equipment. Academic qualifications include a Master in Product Management from Sole 24 ORE Formazione, a Bachelor in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano, and a graduation in Land Surveyor from Istituto Tecnico Agrario Carlo Gallini.
