Felix Gruber

Felix Gruber serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance & Controlling at Nexis since November 2023. Previously, Felix was the Finance Controlling Senior Manager at LAYA Group from February 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included establishing finance department structures and managing day-to-day operations, along with serving as a key contact for financial investors. Prior to LAYA Group, Felix held various roles at Ernst & Young for nearly seven years, including Project Manager and Senior Audit Consultant, leading teams in auditing and consulting projects across several sectors. Felix began the career at Ernst & Young as an intern and student trainee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance, Auditing, Controlling, and Taxation from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Bayreuth.
