Jennifer Stoop has extensive experience in customer relations and quality management, currently serving as Responsable SAV et Qualité at Nexity since October 2015, focusing on client complaints, construction guarantees, and customer loyalty. Previously, positions included Responsable SAV and Gestionnaire SAV at Sogeprom, and roles in real estate brokerage and promotional brand management. Jennifer has a Master's degree in Human Resources from IFAG and a Bachelor's degree in International Commerce from Groupe Sup de Co Picardie. Early experience includes aquatic rescue and event management, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer service, project management, and operational support.
