Nicolas Rodriguez

Nicolas Rodriguez serves as the Country Director for Italia at Nexity, a prominent French real estate group listed on the Paris stock exchange, since 2013. In this role, Nicolas oversees residential real estate development projects, managing the entire process from land acquisition to the delivery of finished properties. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Operations Manager for Nexity, responsible for the complete restructuring and relaunch of the Italian subsidiary, and worked as a Project Manager coordinating various real estate operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Sodexo on international accounts, overseeing the design and development of reporting software for Procter & Gamble across numerous plants, and as a Construction Engineer in Madagascar managing accommodations for Rio Tinto personnel. Nicolas holds a Master of Engineering in Building Construction from ESTP, a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nottingham, and a degree in Real Estate Management from Université Paris Dauphine.
