Erick Mgonda

Erick Yassin Mgonda is the Technical Project Manager at Nexleaf and has been with the company since 2022. He supports Nexleaf by leading the Remote Temperature Monitoring (RTM) devices troubleshooting team in Tanzania and supports other initiatives to improve training while strengthening the relationship with the Ministry of Health in Tanzania. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronic Engineering with Information Technology from the Asia Pacific University of Innovation and Technology in Malaysia. He has more than 5 years of experience in solar mini-grid systems. Over the past 5 years, he installed, operated, maintained, and troubleshot 10+ solar mini-grid systems in Tanzania.
