He has been involved in numerous equity financings, debt financings , corporate acquisitions, financial restructurings and has provided financial oversight to a number of high growth entities. Prior to joining NexLiving he was VP Finance and Secretary Treasurer for NovaGold Resources Inc. (TSX).
