Jeff Randall has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jeff currently holds the position of Associate Director of Underwriting and Investment at NexMetro Communities, where they are responsible for overseeing investment activities. Prior to this role, they worked as an Investment Associate at the same company and as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Before joining NexMetro Communities, Jeff worked at K. Hovnanian Homes as a Land Acquisition Advisor, where they were involved in the analysis and evaluation of potential property acquisitions for residential communities. Prior to Shea Homes, Jeff worked at Communities Southwest as a Research & Finance Analyst, where they performed financial analysis for property acquisitions. Jeff also predicted market trends by analyzing historical data.
Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Land Advisors Organization as a Research Manager, supporting land transactions by providing market information and analysis to agents. Jeff also worked as a Recreation Leader II at the City of Chandler.
Jeff's career began at The Concord Group, LLC Real Estate Advisors, where they worked as an Engagement Manager. Jeff managed teams, conducted market research, and interacted with clients to meet project needs.

Jeff Randall earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2005, with a focus on Psychology and Economics. Jeff later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Jeff completed their MBA studies in 2014, specializing in Finance, Leadership, and General business topics.
