Josh Hartmann

Josh Hartmann has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the real estate and development industry. Josh is currently the CEO of NEXmetro Communities, where they have been since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the same company. Josh also held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations from August 2013 to December 2015.
