Mark B. has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mark started their career at Shea Homes as an Assistant Controller before moving on to Lennar, where they served as the Senior Vice President for Land Acquisition & Finance. At Lennar, Mark was responsible for land acquisition, financial analysis, joint venture agreements, and corporate reporting.

After leaving Lennar, Mark held various positions at Academy Bank, North American Savings Bank, and New American Funding, where they gained experience in asset management, mortgage lending, and financial analysis.

Mark then transitioned to consulting, working at DF Consulting as a Business Consultant specializing in asset sales and financial analysis. Mark also spent time at Beazer Homes as a Land Acquisition Manager, improving their land acquisition process.

Mark's most recent positions include roles at William Lyon Homes as a Land Development Manager and Robson Communities as the Director of Project Analysis and Acquisition. Currently, they work at NexMetro Communities as the Vice President of Development for the Phoenix Region, where they are responsible for new community development and overseeing various aspects of the project.

Mark B. has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Northern Arizona University- The W. A. Franke College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Mark B. holds certifications as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Arizona from the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and a Real Estate License in Arizona from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
