Timothy Quinlan

Timothy Quinlan serves as the General Counsel for Nexon America since May 2016, providing legal guidance on compliance, intellectual property, and transactions with a focus on GDPR and privacy regulations. Previously, Timothy was the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Saban Brands, managing licensing and IP portfolio matters. Earlier experience includes ownership of a solo law practice, partnership at Phillips, Ryther & Winchester, and senior attorney roles focused on intellectual property rights at Brooks Kushman P.C. and Ford Motor Company. Timothy’s legal career began with the U.S. Department of Justice and has included significant trial experience in high-exposure cases for automotive clients at Cabaniss Burke & Wagner. Timothy holds a JD from the University of Florida, a Masters of Theological Studies, and a BA in Economics.
