Frank Jackson Jr

Frank Jackson Jr. has extensive experience in system administration and IT service management, currently serving as a Linux System Administrator at Troy 7, Inc. since October 2022, while also holding the position of System Administrator at NexOne, Inc. and AT&T. With a career spanning over two decades, Frank has developed expertise in maintaining Linux hosts, resolving network, software, and hardware issues in high-availability environments. Responsibilities include managing over 15,000 midrange systems at AT&T and providing technical support for more than 3,500 systems in the Bellsouth region during their tenure at EDS Group. Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences from The University of West Alabama.
