Benoit Vincenzi

Benoit Vincenzi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in investments, strategic advisory, and financial services. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Nexpay since March 2023, Benoit is also the Founder of Paranor Labs, which focuses on building and investing in web3 and blockchain ventures. Benoit has held leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Axior Group and Senior Advisor at Lone Star Funds, where responsibilities included the acquisition of distressed loan portfolios and strategic restructuring of financial services. Previously, Benoit was a Managing Director & Partner at Lone Star Funds, Partner at SPQR Capital, and Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, among other roles. Benoit’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Banking & Financial Engineering from TBS Education and ESCE.
