John Smolenaers has over 20 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and workforce transformation roles. John currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Nexperia, where they lead the Center of Excellence for Total Rewards and oversees the design and execution of compensation and employee benefits programs globally.
