Lucas Koay is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and product development, currently serving as Principal Product Quality Engineer and Quality Architect at Nexperia since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lucas held positions at Brady Corporation as a Product Engineer and at SmartKem Limited as a Test Characterisation Engineer. Additional experience includes roles at Kaiam Corporation as a Yield & Test Engineer and Brand-Rex Ltd as a Product Test Engineer, focusing on fibre optic systems testing and compliance.
