Mr. Goldfarb has 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry. Prior to NexPhase, Mr. Goldfarb was a Senior VP/Controller at Moelis Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Goldfarb was a Vice President and Fund Group Controller at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. with responsibility for all accounting functions for the institutional private equity funds. Prior to Cerberus, he was an Associate with the Real Estate Fund Controllers at Morgan Stanley and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services Group. Mr. Goldfarb holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
