Andy Kieffer

Mr. Kieffer is a Partner focused on the healthcare sector and a member of the Investment Committee of NPC. Mr. Kieffer has over 20 years of private investment and M&A experience and prior to NexPhase was a Partner at Moelis Capital Partners. Prior to Moelis Capital Partners, Mr. Kieffer was in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS. Mr. Kieffer began his career at Leonard Green & Partners and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

He currently serves on the board of directors of NPC portfolio companies Meduit, Clearway Pain Solutions, SYNERGY Homecare, Action Behavior Centers, OmniSYS, and WIN Fertility. Mr Kieffer previously served on the board of directors of Comprehensive Pharmacy Solutions, MidCap Financial and NMSC Holdings.

Mr. Kieffer graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
