Barbara Hill is an Operating Partner focused on the healthcare sector. Ms. Hill was most recently the CEO and a member of the board of directors of ValueOptions, a behavioral health company serving over 30 million members throughout the country. Ms. Hill previously was President of Express Scripts and a senior executive at CIGNA HealthCare, Rush Prudential Health Plans, Aetna Health Plans and The Prudential Insurance Company.
Ms. Hill serves on the board of directors of WIN Fertility, and she serves as the Non-Executive Chairperson of portfolio companies OmniSYS, Meduit, Clearway Pain Solutions Institute and Action Behavior Centers. She previously served as the Non-Executive Chairperson of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and NAPA Management Services. She also serves on the boards of directors of two public companies: Omega Healthcare Investors, a REIT owning or holding mortgages on over 1000 skilled nursing facilities, and Integra LifeSciences, a medical technology company. She previously served on the boards of St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 500 company, until its sale to Abbott, Owens & Minor, a Fortune 300 company, and Revera, a Canadian company operating seniors’ facilities in Canada, the US and Great Britain.
She earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees from The Johns Hopkins University.
